headaches after working out

Hi all - new to posting on the board so bear with me! I am 14 weeks pregnant and wondered if anyone has gotten headaches after working out? I'm sure I am not drinking enough water but just wondered if anyone else has felt like this as well.

    You should talk with your OB about this. You may be having blood pressure issues. High blood pressure can cause headaches. Also, dehydration like you said but be careful b/c it can also cause contractions and preterm labor.
