How much are you girls taking to increase your milk supply? The bottle says 1-2 capsles daily but I've heard of you girls taking much more.

I take 2 capsules 3x a day...but some ladies take 3 capsules 3x per day or take 9 caps all at once.

I started with just two capsules once daily but increased it to 3 capsules 3 times daily so a total of 9 a day.

I took 3 pills 3x a day. It unfortunately did not help me though! If anything my supply decreased Sad

I take 4 capsules 3x a day along with 3 Blessed Thistle capsules 3x a day. I also eat oatmeal every morning for breakfast. I have seen an increase but not enough yet.

My LC also said the trick is to take it for 4 days, then don't for 4 days. Continue to alternate it that way.
