~Loss + IF weekly check in~

This is a weekly check-in for those of us who beat IF and got pregnant, but sadly has suffered a loss.  It is hard enough to face infertility.  But adding in the fear of mc/pregnancy loss makes our journeys all the more stressful. This check-in is just a way to provide extra support to each other.  If you want to be on the list just respond to this post with an intro and your EDD(s) and I'll add you.

    I had IUI#4 today. During the u/s yesterday, the follies weren't as big as the RE would have liked (19mm and 15mm), but DH left town tonight for a week, so it was either some hope or no hope for this month. Thankfully, it was just a Clomid cycle. Next month we'll up the ante to injectables.

    BIg Hugs to mlmtgg...I am so very sorry for your loss.

    Update: On stim Day 3 for IVF #2.  I am hopeful and nervous all at the same time.

    QOTD:  I can't wait for Grey's Anatomy, House, and Bones!!!!!

    Hi, new to the check in and loss...can I join?

    I just had my m/c so I won't be trying again for a few months...when i'm more emotionally ready. Good luck to everyone trying again!

    Hi ladies.  I'm hoping to join this check-in.  I got my first BFP and our MFI dx within days of each other.  I had a natural miscarriage at 7 weeks.

    My EDD was Nov. 10, 2010 (coming up way too quickly!)

    Since my loss I've done 3 failed IUIs, have had my first IVF canceled, and am now back on BCP for attempt #2 at IVF #1. 

    Our IVF miracles arrived on 7/20/11 at 37 weeks after 3 weeks of hospital bedrest! Lilypie Second Birthday tickers "Stubbornly persist, and you will find that the limits of your stubbornness go well beyond the stubbornness of your limits." ~Robert Brault

    Had my suppression check on Thursday for my donor cycle. They discovered a small cyst but it wasn't bad enough to delay the cycle. Tonight I decreased my Lupron & started Vivelle patches. I have two lining checks, next Friday and the one after, and my donor's ER is early October.

    I never thought I'd be able to stand the wait, but we're on the home stretch!

    Thanks ladies - I appreciate the thoughts. Is it crazy that after 2 years, this loss is actually encouraging to me that possibly we can still get pregnant? It's incredible what we go through and think during all of this. Now, of course it didn't work out, but the possibility may allow us to continue trying a bit longer than we had thought this year. . .

    update: I am just in the 2ww now. and while we're not gung-ho trying this month (unmedicated) after last month, I'm still doing most of what I normally do, but I've also added one herbal to my regimen from my acu.

    m/c#1 07/16/08 (11 weeks), m/c#2 10/10/08 (8 weeks). and then nothing since except every test possible (no answers). IUI#1 and #2: BFNs Super lucky to be buddies with Peetie. Our out of nowhere, surprise DD born 5/29/2011

    In IVF#1 cycle.  My estimated ET is 10.10.10. . . lucky right?

    After 7 rounds of clomid and HcG, Three failed IUI's with an ectopic pregnancy, two shots of methotrextate, ER visits, breaks, low (3%) morphology One IVF cycle (lupron, gonal-F) that ended in another ectopic, more methotrexate, A Lap to disconnect both tubes, remove endo and a hydrosalphinx, . . .we are finally expecting TWINS from FET#1!
    1.11. 2011: Beginning FET cycle!
    3.11.11- FET! (DH's birthday!) 2 blasts transfered!
    3.20.11- BETA #1 BFP!!! 272! (9dp5dt)
    3.23.11- BETA #2 1346!!! (12dp5dt)

    I just started Lupron for FET #1-2.  

    I'm hoping that The Event will live up to the hype.
