Pregnant after a Loss
I think my water broke!
It is coming out in small increments though... not a big gush. It had to be the night when my husband took some NyQuil since he has been sick and not slept for two nights in a row. lol! I am calling L&D now to let them know but I am really hoping they let me stay home longer to handle the early labor at home since I am having very mild and far apart contractions.

water is clear but it started at 11pm. I slept a lot since but did feel more leak as I moved around. L&D not too happy that I waited this long to call. I don't want to put baby on risk so we are heading over there now.

4 losses (cp Feb 28 09, mc April 9 09 (5w5d), mc Aug 10 09 (7w1d), d&c Apr 12 10 (grew to 6w3d, mc confirmed at 8w5d). RX: Overies PCOS (hormones normal) & Balanced Translocation of Ch. 7 & 13 (40-50% mc risk)

I'm sure as long as the fluid is clear, staying home until contractions get closer together isn't a problem.

LO is actually at less risk with you staying home and not having people poke and prod your vag constantly which can lead to infection. Good Luck.
