Babies: 0 - 3 Months

Has anyone used or are using Pampers Dry Max?

I bought a pack way back in April when the whole chemical burn thing was just coming to light. We only have one pack.I am nervous to use them. Should I try? Who has used them and had no problem? We only have one pack which will last us three days.

  • we got one pack at our baby shower a few months ago and I was able to return them to target for a gift card with no receipt. ?I was going to exchange them but they were out of the sensitive swaddlers and the only ones they had left were the dry max...lol...when will pampers get the message?!?!?

  • I put one on DS today and after about an hour he started screaming and it took me changing his diaper and nursing him to get him to calm down!

Now, it could be a complete coincidence but I'm not taking any chances!  Our Wal-Mart still sells the Baby Dry Pampers so I am stocking up!

  • We use them all the time and I think they work great.

It just came out last week that they found no link between the diapers and rashes: https://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/200043.php

  • I've only used Pampers Swaddlers on DD2 since the day she was born.  No problems here.  I think it all depends on the baby.

  • We've been using them since she came home from the hospital with no problems.
  • I was scared to use them too.  My aunt had a "diaper shower" for us before DD was born.  We got a bizillion packages of dry max.  So I loaded up my car and took them all back to Walmart (two carts worth) without a receipt.  I was able to get store credit.  Then, when DD was about 4 weeks old, I waited until late one night to remember we needed diapers.  Of course NO ONE had any that weren't dry max, so we gave them a shot....we now LOVE them!  We didn't have any issues and I actually prefer them over the baby dry now.  I  think they are much softer and less "plasticky" if that makes sense.  I don't doubt that some LOs had issues with them.  But, just like everytthing else, they will work for some and not for others.1ht
  • we've used a whole case with no problems.

  • We love them... but my LOs do NOT have remotely "sensitive" skin.  They really are awesome tho if they work for your LO... soft and oh so leak free!

Same for us.  They are the diapers that work best with our LO.

  • Big fan...no rash issues whatsoever.

  • We've been using them with no issue.  I love them.  They are the only diapers our LO doesn't pee through.  Guess it depends on the baby.

Yes! They are softer! I love them, as well as Luv's.

  • We love them! The hospital gave us Huggies and they were horrible (but free), then we used the dry max that we had and loved them! They soak up pee very well! And I am a pampers gifts to grow points fanatic!

  • We are using them and haven't had any problems.
  • We LOVE them! They are the only diapers that don't leak for us (and we tried pretty much everything), and helped clear up some diaper rash he got while at the hospital, because they wick away moisture so well.

  • We are and LOVE them.  They are the only ones that don't leak for us.  We do a CD and Pampers mix.  Never had any sort of rash.  Our diaper cream is still in the box.

  • Same here, but I think it does just depend on the baby b/c we rarely even use diaper cream and she has never had a rash.
