I am having 2. One through my OB's office per usual, and one from the hospital where my fertility clinic is. They train tech there and if you volunteer, you get a free NT u/s if they can practice on you. It will be the first period I have not had u/s every 2 weeks so I am taking them up on in. I know lots of people who don't have the scan though so to answer OP, no you are not alone I promise.

I'll be 41 when Little Bean is born and my doctor highly recommended the NT scan and blood work. We are going next Wednesday. I read the research and feel comfortable going through with both. There is a 90% accurate result with the scan and blood work done together. Though theres the 10% chance of not knowing anything we are ok with that. We are just looking forward to the birth of our LO.
I wanted it, but my doctor totally dropped the ball so it's looking like we're going to miss out.
I guess they don't do it in the office, even though I had made an appointment for it next week and now they can't get me in anywhere before the 13w6d cut off.
Re: Not doing an NT scan?
We're not. The office never mentioned it.
I'll be doing the Quad at my 18 week visit though.
Our doc didn't say anything about it, so we're probably not doing it.
