  Well...they might not be any good by the time they reach you!  Lol.  You can find the recipe at https://www.rachaelraymag.com/Recipes/rachael-ray-magazine-recipes/sweet-spot-dessert-recipes/Cheesecake-Filled-Pumpkin-Cupcakes.  I didn't make the frosting, I just used the canned cream cheese frosting and they were great!!!
