HELP: Weekly bump tracker broken?

Hello. I've been on here for a few months now, and one day suddenly, my weekly tracker thing started looking like this. What's wrong? I tried re-entering my information 6-7 times, and nothing seems to fix it. I'm also not receiving the weekly emails anymore, even though I am subscribed to them in my settings.  

 Has anyone else experienced this?  I tried logging out and back in again a few times too, and still nothing. What gives, Bump? :(
