Discard temps when sick? (Slightly newbish)

I woke up today with a head cold/flu combination, which is awsome Sad

My temp today shot up, but I'm thinking it's because I am sick. Should I discard it, or leave it alone? I'm usually not one for discarding temps, but not sure about this one.

    The Clomid could also be messing with your temps.

    When it happens to me, I usually wait a few days. It may or may not fit into the pattern. If it doesn't, you can discard it. Make a note that that's the day you woke up sick, though.

    The same thing happened to me today. woke up sick and my temp shot way up. I decided to leave it alone and just noted that I am sick. I am to scared to mess with my temps. Hope you feel better soon and thanks for asking this question.
