but how hard it is to return phone calls to us..I mean how many of us are waiting or have waited for phone calls? Even just a phone call to say hey, i haven't forgot about you but dr. blah blah has been in surgery and hasn't gotten back to me or we're waiting for this or that..SOMETHING!

Sorry but it annoys me how many of us ALWAYS have to wait for phone calls.

Yup... sucks balls.

And then, if you're as lucky as I seem to be, when they finally DO call, you're peeing and they don't bother leaving a message and you get bumped down to the bottom of the call back list.

I know, it is awful. You would think with all of the technology we have now they could find a faster way to get back to us.

That sucks. I guess I'm pretty lucky, because my office is awesome about returning calls. It's always within about an hour, even if only to say "Dr blah blah is out until this afternoon, but I've put a note with your question on her desk".

Waiting sucks.........even if they said don't expect a phone call until, such and such a time that would be slightly better then being on edge waiting!

It totally sucks. It also sucks when the nurse calls you back and says "I don't know." Uhhh thanks.
