11-12 weekers: how are you doing?

In the past week I think the baby's grown a lot. I can feel things in my belly really moving around now. I *thought* m/s was fading, but there are the days that really make up for the days I felt closet normal. So couple that with the contents of my belly repositioning, on top of exhaustion, thirst, sore hips and now a headcold, I am not feeling so fantastic. How are you doing?

Re: 11-12 weekers: how are you doing?

  • Doing okay - I've actaully felt more sick over the past couple weeks. M/s more often and MAJOR stomach issues (which fall into the TMI category!). I can feel my uterus now!  I am a little less tired, but I think that is b/c I am sleeping better at night.  We have the NT scan tomorrow, I am so excited to see the baby!

  • I have been extremely lucky that my m/s has all but disappeared.  Same thing with DS.  I am still very very tired, but going to bed earlier seems to make me feel worse the next day.  I have zero appetite and I can only eat a little at a time, but Im starving 2 hours later.  Oh yes..and the boobs and the itching - ALL OVER.

  • I'm feeling so much better than I was.  I'm really crampy today and my back hurts, but I know it's normal.  Also, I've been having problems sleeping at night.  It's hard to find a comfortable position.  Otherwise, I can't complain.
  • I am actually feeling pretty good today, but it might just be the high of seeing the baby again this morning.

My boobs have been less sore the past few days, and my MS is starting to fade. I can also feel a hard bump above my pelvis, which I like to imagine is baby.

I feel fat though, have been having trouble sleeping, and my back has been sore.

  • My m/s has died down for now... I had about a week where I felt great and then yesterday it was mild. I feel like I'm starting to get some energy back, I'm not dragging myself to bed at 9:00 recently. I weighed myself yesterday and I have lost two pounds and I don't think I have a bump at all yet...just a small amount of bloat. I have an appointment tomorrow AM to hear the heartbeat!

  • I think I might finally be starting to turn the corner on the M/S front.  I almost forgot what it felt like to NOT be nauseous.  I'm starting to get some energy back, but still can't stay awake past 9:30 and waking up many times during the night.  I feel bloated and fat, although I've only gained 3 lbs.  Pants are feeling snug.  Our NT scan is on Tuesday and I'm looking forward to that and also am SO excited to start sharing our news in a couple weeks.
  • I feel pretty good. Still not great with energy, but not too bad. I'm back to work after a couple weeks of holidays so I'm hating my alarm clock right now!!

One week until my IPS test - can't wait for the ultrasound!!!

  • I have good days and bad days now. The indigestion is still the worst of it, but I'm pretty much only eating things like apple sauce and bread to try and feel semi-normal. Ice and milk is working great for the nausea I can't get rid of.

The bloat comes and goes still.

  • Hi ladies! I have been feeling pretty well, except for being exhausted. I am one of the lucky minority to not have experienced m/s, so I really can't complain about much. Overall, I'm just feeling a bit "large". I really don't have a bump yet, just feeling round due to the ridiculous gas I've been experiencing, snug pant feeling, and also I think because I haven't had time to workout much this week because of a crazy week of work programming.

We started sharing our news with those beyond our immediate family this week and it has been really great to hear everyone's surprise/excitement/support!

  • I have been extremely lucky and have not had real m/s.  I still get super tired, hungry, and I do have some indigestion, though nothing major.  I feel a little crummy in the afternoons, but that's about it.  I'm still peeing a ton at night, but I'm at least sleeping well in between, not like a restless sleep.  I've been sporting a nice little bloat bump for a couple of weeks, and I can't wait to hit 12 weeks next Thursday because I will call it my BABY bump then and not my fat/bloat bump!  Oh, I am also extra, extra emotional these days.
  • My stomach is definitely harder this week and popping a lil bit.  I seem to be bigger as the day goes on versus when I first wake up in the morning.  I am having trouble with lower back pain the past week but only when I stand or sit in one position for too long.  And I'm so exhausted, I dont know if this is from school starting back up or pregnancy.  My m/s has pretty much faded but if I get a whiff of something then my gag reflex still gets triggered.

  • I'm definitely feeling better these days. Haven't experienced moring sickness in over a week, a bit less tired, not hating eating quite so much.

Looks like we're both due April 5th!!

  • Tomorrow officially will be 12 weeks, changed due date when we had our u/s yesterday.  Just cant get the ticker page to load up.

I feel all depressed today, tired, want to cry and I know nothing is wrong with me.  I dont want to eat.  I just want to go to bed and sleep.

    DH is making dinner :

  • I've been feeling so much better than a couple weeks ago.  M/s hasn't reared its ugly head in any big ways, only moments of nausea and mostly only if I haven't eaten in a few hours.  Still super tired, and I have been more achy in my lower abdomen area, but I can feel the top of my uterus now near the top of my pelvic bone!  I have my second appointment tomorrow and I'm so excited - hopefully this time we'll get to hear the heartbeat!

  • I was hoping that my symptoms were starting to ease, but I was wrong.  I'm still exhausted and my m/s is still in full effect.  And I'm feeling pudgy.  I already have a layer of "protection" which is now being pushed out as my body changes.  My friend told me that the last few days I've definitely been looking pregnant.  Oh well, bring on the maternity clothes!  I am really looking forward to hearing the heartbeat at my appointment next week :)

    Anniversary
  • Just hit 11 weeks today.  As of yesterday, feel pregnant- I mean, really, really pregnant.  Morning sickness went away at 9 weeks but came back with a vengeance yesterday.  I'm now starting to get headaches.  That and getting hungrier.

Also, can't lay on my stomach comfortably without feeling a push on my uterus- of course, making me pee so I don't do that anymore.

  • I'm feeling good. No longer nauseous. Still REALLY tired. Every day gets harder - Monday is the easiest, Friday I'm ready for bed at 6! Hopefully I get my energy back soon. The only other thing is peeing all the time. I'm up 3 times a night!

  • Feeling better but I won't lie....counted the days to 12 week mark hoping all nausea would magically disappear...not so much.  Most days are pretty good but after 4 is still a little rough.  Go away m/s!
