How big is your LO? DS is 23.5lbs and about 29.5" long. We use Pampers and I know the weight range for size 4 is 22-37lbs. That just seems like a huge range to me!
Size 3's still fit, but they're getting a big snug and I'll be needing to buy diapers here in the next week.

Burke wears size 4's at night but I need to buy diapers and I'm thinking I'm gonna just buy size 4's instead of more 3's. Burke weighs just over 20lbs. FWIW, we've been using both Huggies and Luvs, I ditched Pampers quite awhile ago.
DD is around 25lbs. and has been in a size 4 for a few months now.
I always start the next size up around 2 lbs below the weight range on that size...if that makes sense
So if size 4 range is 22-37lbs, then DD has been in them since she was around 20 lbs. With both girls, I've just found that for fit, that seemed to work best for them.
I think they have such a wide weight range to accommodate for different shapes. I'm pretty sure size 5 range starts way below 37lbs.
At night, DD is in size 5 to prevent leaks.

DD was 21 lbs last time I weighed her a few weeks ago. She's been in size 4 for quite a while, because her legs are super chunky. She wasn't even close to the starting weight when I put her in them.
My 2.5 y/o has been in size 4's for like a year already. He has really only gained about 2 lbs from age 1 to now.

The bath scale said 20.8 lbs, but I'm not sure how reliable it is. We're in Size 4 Baby Dry's. The Size 3's were getting snug so we moved up.
