What time do you put your little one to bed?  Jake has been progressively going to sleep earlier and earlier each night for the last week.  Tonight he was getting cranky so I bathed him and he was ready to sleep by 7pm.  He naps during the day anywhere from 2 to 4 hours.  I guess he just wants more sleep?

Re: 8 month old bed time?
After 2 rounds of IVF & 2 rounds of FET, we were blessed with identical twin girls!
So jealous!!! Kira would not go to bed before midnight no matter what we tried until we flew to Seattle adjusting to 9pm local then keeping 9pm local when we returned. An infant going to bed before midnight, well, I hope I have one of those next!
My point is that there's a huge variety and whatever works for you, great! Some little ones (and big ones
) need more sleep than others.

Caroline has had a 7pm bedtime for as long as I can remember...she set it herself, and basically gets so fussy that I have no choice but to put her to bed by 7pm...some nights it is 630pm...
My girls aren't quite 8 months, but we're keeping a 8-8:15 bedtime. I work 3 days a week and don't get home until 7:50ish those evenings. Both girls nurse before bed, so we've worked to keep their bedtime late enough to keep their routine in check. They sleep until 7-8am most mornings.
Alana goes to bed between 7:45 and 8:00, but, some nights she just wants to go to bed a little earlier, between 7:15 and 7:30.
Oh, and she gets up at 7 and naps between 2-3 hours.
I'm pretty sure we were doing 8 pm and we still are.
He goes down and 8 and wakes between 7 and 7:30.
