The Beaba Baby Cook thing comes with little, individual containers that have attached lids. But the ice trays are more space effective and the food is easier to remove from the ice trays than the little containers, IMO.
I also store in freezer bags. Then I put them in order by date made in a large tupperware so there isn't a bunch of random freezer bags running all over my freezer.

Same here. I labeled each bag with the date and content.

This when we first started. now I use the larger re-sealable containers made for baby food since he is eating larger "meals".
