I would have said Moby, however as comfy as it is (I still use mine daily!), it could be kind of intimidating and she may not want to learn how to use it.
I'm going to be the odd-man-out and say go for a Ring Sling - Sakura Bloom makes beautiful ones and I think Blayne has an EZsling which are really nice too. RSs can be dressy or casual and have a pretty short learning curve.

Mine is actually called Sling Ezee and we love it. I would say you can't go wrong with that or the moby. I get tons of compliments on the sling too.
