Slow days in terms of movement

LO was moving around like crazy for the past 2 days.  Like all day long!  I also felt like I was starving on those days.  Today, however, I haven't had much of an appetite and LO is not kicking/moving very much at all.  I'm no doctor, but I'm going to just diagnose all of this as a growth spurt. 

Anyone else have days like these?  Or another explanation?

    I find days that I am more active, LO is less active and I really don't feel her until I either sit or lay down for a while.
    I give up trying to get a ticker.  I have a DD that is 2.5 years old and is awesome.  Maybe I'll add a quote to distinguish myself.  Hmmm.  How about...
