I have a friend that is filling out paperwork to become a foster parent and needs me to write a recommendation letter. You are the only person that I "know" who has fostered before and was hoping you could give me an idea of what they are looking for. I have never written any sort of recommendation letter so I am clueless. This is so important so I don't want to mess up KWIM.

Thanks for any light you can shed.
