Birthday Help

Hi ladies!  I am new to this board, and am looking for some help planning a birthday party. 

My daughter will be 1 in the beginning of December.  Our house is great for outside parties, but not so great (too tiny) when everyone is inside.  We are hoping to invite about 25 - 30 people (10 of that number are kids under 5) to her party.

Can you suggest any locations that are in Delaware or Montgomery County?  We are hoping not to spend too much, but want this to be a fun day for our friends and family.  We have thought of places like Gymboree, etc. but we thought we could save those places for when she is older and will really be aware of what's happening.
