Fever during teething? What does your pedi say?

Ours told me that they will not get a fever from teething. If she has a fever it is something else. What havevyou heard? Just curious.

    the fever they get mostly comes from them being so upset/crying/screaming etc...

    Yeah, our pedi said they don't get fever from teething. DS has his two bottom teeth coming in and he's had no fever. He's also never been really fussy about it, just extra drooly. We have given him Tylenol a few times though.

    I have heard of a low grade one like high 99s low 100. My nephew would have them all the time and it wasn't anything else because my sister would take him to the pedis.
