  We are not used to clothing costing a lot anymore because so much of it is mass produced. However, if you consider how long it would take to crochet those items, yes, I do think that crafters time I'd worth that much. Plus you are buying something original from a hard-working creative person. :-) Bonus!

  I'm going to be the odd one here but I don't think it is worth it.  But I knit and I don't think anything there would be that difficult to make or would take that long either.  The hat would be super easy and take next to no time.  I've never made the shoes but they don't look very difficult either.  So for me its really not worth it.  But the price could be higher due to the kind of yarn used because some is very expensive.

  I'd say it's more like a $35 set. $50 is pushing it. Yes it's well made but would not take very long for someone who knows what they're doing

  I'd pay about $30 for that. I can speak from experience that the tie onesies cost about $2 or less to make and only about 20 minutes or so. those booties are just heaven though! Love them!
