Dropped my packet today!

It's official...I dropped my packet today to resign. I know that I am going to miss the Army terribly, but now with a baby on the way my priorities have to change.

I know I have months to go before I see orders or have my separation date, but it is still a bit liberating knowing that I have taken the first step towards transition.

    That's got to be a tough decision. I'm trying to pretend like that day will never come(as I sign my re-enlistment papers, lol). Hang in there chica!

    Good for you!  It's got to be a hard decision but I'm glad you are able to stay home with your baby!

    I did it as well, I'm in the Navy. DH is still in the Navy so he'll be staying in, so as far as moving around and what not that won't change...but it's the best for the baby that's on the way. Message me if you want to talk or anything :)
