Hi. I am in my 4th cycle TTC.

I have a 17 month old DD that I conceived 1st try when I was 34 - she was born when I was 35. I am now 37 and DH is 38.

I am not charting and this is my 1st month using OPKs. I still breastfeed my DD, so I'm wondering if that is causing me problems - or if it is just timing, or my age, or who knows....

My plan is to see my regular OB after this cycle and look to next steps.

I have been lurking for a little while, but finally thought it was time to say Hi.

Welcome and good luck! I am pretty new here as well but from what I've seen so far this is really a great and supportive board. I'm on my 4 cycle TTC as well (but next cycle will be my first medicated cycle, so I'm hopeful that will do the trick again). I don't know anything about the breastfeeding issue, but I'm sure someone here does. Good Luck to you!

Welcome! I am also 37 and TTC #2. If you are ovulating then bf'ing shouldn't cause any issues. There are so many little things that have to happen for fertilization, it's a miracle it ever happens at all.
