Gymborree Classes??

I have an ad from the Parenting magazine for a free class with Gymborree. Has anyone done this??  I'm thinking of enrolling into the class to check it out with LO.  Or maybe waiting until he's a little older and walking...

    We've done it and love it!  They do a lot of group singing mixed with guided play that focuses on a specific motor skill for the age group.  It's a great way for parents to meet other parents too.  I definitely think you should take him now to go check it out.

    Lilly goes to Gymboree several days a week. She LOVES it. She gets excited the minute we walk into the door!

    Lilly isn't walking yet but she crawls and climbs and goes down the slides and LOVES parachute time and bubble time! And of course, the interaction with all the other kiddos is great too.

    I love, love, love gymboree.  I was originally looking for something to do with my daughter on weekends and holidays (because it's too hot to go outside).  She loves socializing with the other babies, and her motor skills have gotten so much stronger.  It's also rewarding to have a mommy-daughter date with my girl each week.  :)  It's a little pricey, but i seriously look forward to it every week.

    IDK if prices vary with the area.  They have different membership levels too.

    By me, they are $69 a month, plus a membership fee, but you can often find coupons for free membership.  We are joining now that DD is a little older.

    We started DS at 7 months and HE LOVES IT. we're moving up to the level 3 class this week and are very very pleased with it. Our teacher is WONDERFUL and really knows her kids. Our nephew has been going to the same class for the last 2 years and just started the drop off class my SIL was so happy with it she can't wait for her next one to start.

    In our area it's 69 a month (was 65 when i signed up) they did a discount so our membership was free. the schedule and prices are all online
