Rather stupid Tylenol question

I took Tylenol last night and this morning to shake my fever and headache. I'm about to take another dose for the headache now.
I'm now wondering if I should still take my baby aspirin tonight or if that is too much?
So dumb. And I probably should have called my doc today to ask, but I don't think it's worth a call to the after hours line.

Tylenol and aspirin have two totally different mechanisms of action.
