This! DS had pyloric stenosis. He needed to have surgery at 6 weeks because he kept NOTHING down. They were the best for burp cloths. A lot of the actual burp cloths are either thin or too small.

However, DS was definitely a vomiter, so we used receiving blankets as burp cloths since he would saturate a real burp cloth after one feeding.
