good morning girls!

I've been awake since about 4:30. Stupid contractions. I only had a few, but I thought I should just bite the bullet and get up and drink some water. Not being able to drink during the 3hr yesterday really threw off my water intake for the day.

The 3hr was DISGUSTING yesterday. As much as the 1hr made smudge into a jumping bean, the 3hr put him into an insulin coma. We used the doppler last night for the first time in awhile, because I was really nervous about the lack of movement. The heart rate was fast - a little faster than usual when s/he's awake, but then we got a few movements, so I felt better. 

I'm glad we have a perinatologist appointment this morning, because if we didn't I would be calling the OB, i think.

Anyway - hopefully I won't have any negative things to report from the perinatologst this morning, and then after, we're going to a diaper store about 1 1/2 hours away for a cloth diapering workshop. I'm so excited about that!

    Sorry that the 3 hour was so gross, but I'm glad that everything is ok with the baby! Good luck at your appt. and class today.

    I've heard the 3hr is nasty.  Sorry.  :(  But glad to hear that everything with smudge is great!  Good luck at your appt today!

    sorry the 3 hour was so gross - when do you find out if you passed?

    and have fun at the diaper class - I can't wait to go to one of those someday!

    oh no..so sorry about the 3 hr yesterday. Let us know how the cloth diapering workshop goes. I'm thinking about doing a workshop too.

    I hope the appt and class go well. I'm glad to hear that smudge sounded ok on the doppler and you felt some movement.

    Hmm, I was able to drink water during my 3 hour...  I wonder why I was and you weren't?  Well, let us know what the peri says today.  That's great that you already had an appointment today.

    As for the cloth diapers, we have the Cotton Babies store here in St. Louis and I love it!  Good luck at your cloth diaper store today.

    We went to a cloth diapering workshop last weekend, and it was really helpful for deciding which ones to use!  I hope you have fun!
