    LOL Michelle! It's quick and easy and we had all components in the house so mexican it is. Hope you had a good dinner.

    Not me! I don't ever cook Mexican food....too intimidating since I'm married to a Mexican (we've had this conversation before), but we had grilled cheese because there's nothing else in my house.

    lol we had tacos Tuesdayt night.  Tonight it was a chicken and shrimp lemon basil penne healthy choice steamer meal for me.  DH ate fast food on his way to work and DD had left over spaghetti.

    We had mexican! Dh gets so sick of it because I LOVE mexican food and we eat it at least once a week!
