Clomid and sleep

in TTC After a Loss 6 Months+
Did anyone else have trouble sleeping on Clomid? I'm a crappy sleeper anyway, but I feel like I wake up every hour now.

BFP 12/18/2009. HB 1/4/2010. NO HB 1/18/2010. D&C 1/19/2010
April 2011 IUI #1 BFN. High FSH and other issues.
May 2011 Chose to build our family through adoption
September 2011 Actively waiting for a match

    I just had hot flashes that kept waking  me to put on and off the covers.

    I took mine at night and did not really have a problem sleeping.

    YES! I've had terrible problems sleeping the past few months and it never even dawned on me that it coincided with when I started taking Clomid until I read this post.

    Yes.  But I've generally been a crap sleeper since DS was born....so I'm not sure if it's the Clomid lately or just normal crap sleep.

    Yes!  Usually only one day out of the cycle, but I would not sleep even one minute of the night.  I can't remember what day that usually was, I want to say the 3rd day of clomid, but I'm not sure.  It was awful.

    Yes!  Clomid made me totally wired and amped up!  It was actually a good thing during the day, but at night it was hard to relax and fall asleep.

    YES!  It was horrible.  One night the first cycle I just stayed awake all night, trying to get comfortable!  The next cycle, I didn't have any side effects.  I hope it works this month and you don't have to take it again!

    Me too.  I'm not a great sleeper so the hot flashes kept waking me up.

    Married 8/23/09 Dx: Endometriosis mc 2003, mc 2005, mc Oct. 2009 and ectopic pg Feb. 2010 Baby Girl Gracie Mae born 5 weeks early on 7/6/11. Baby boy JT born full term on 7/5/12. We are blessed!
