Spotting

I'm spotting brown at 5dpo.  I read that progesterone can irritate the cervix, so I'm thinking it's that.  I was just really surprised to see it.  I don't *feel* like my cervix is irritated.  Anyone else have this with progesterone?

    I had heavy spotting last cycle at like 6 dpo, I think it was.  Never figured out what did it, although I did read that it could have been the progesterone or some people said they had spotting/breakthrough bleeding on their first cycle of clomid (but this isn't your first cycle, right?).

    Ha!  I started progesterone after learning I was PG and my DH was reading the side-effects.  I swear in the following days, I experienced them all.  I am a hypochondriac too I think.

    I hope whatever it is, it gets better!

    Hope the spotting stops soon. I did progesterone shots and had a few episodes of brown spotting when I was pg, not sure if it was related to progesterone or not.

    yes, I did have it happen.  I didn't feel irritated either but I had some bleeding and spotting.
    DD(9)DD(5.5)DS(3)DS(born 2/1/11) July 2006, lost a baby at 8 weeks, natural miscarriage , May 2009 lost Zoe Eliana at 17 weeks no reason known, possible under developed organs. Lost two more babies in September 2009 at 7 wks 4 days. Had myomectomy surgery to remove a large fibroid in November 2009.

    Thanks everyone!  I'm going to chalk it up to the progesterone, when it happened I got a little scared it was AF, but that's kind of crazy!

    This is my first cycle on progesterone.  I did injectables this month because the Clomid didn't work for me.

    hahahhahaha well if it makes you feel any better mine is irritated now after reading this, so I am too a hypochondriac!
