  Not sure if you left yet, but good luck!  Also, I don't remember being told not to take anything while on clomid, but don't go by me!!

  Thanks!  I just got back and I took 600mg ibuprofen anyway.

  Huh, I've never heard that.  Hope the HSG went well!

  Has anyone heard/been told not to take ibuprofen while on Clomid?  I'm about to go for my HSG and wanted to take some ibuprofen before, but now when I googled it, I'm reading that I shouldn't take it??   I'm think one time won't hurt, right?

  I realize I'm tardy to the party as usual but thoght I'd respond anyway.  The only reason you may have 'heard' not to take ibuprof is bec it is an anti inflammatory.  During our TTC journey (esp when trying to inflame/grow your follies) we want  the inflammatory process, not to hinder it.  But before an HSG it is sanctioned to take ibuprofin   I hope it went well! Mine sucked!
