Need OB rec-Johns Creek/Norcross

I am really unhappy with my current OB and looking to switch.  I live in Norcross, but work in Johns Creek, by the new Emory at Johns Creek Hopstial and would either like to deliver there or at Northside.

Would anyone like to recommend their OB please:)  Thanks in advance!

Re: Need OB rec-Johns Creek/Norcross

  • I've been seeing Dr. Marcus at North Atlanta Women's Specialists in John's Creek for over 3 years. He delivered both of my girls and everyone at his office is really professional and great to work with.  If you prefer a female doctor, I have also seen Dr. Glander at that practice as well and liked her.  The only negative is that you sometimes have to wait 40 mins - 1 hour to see the doctor, but I was willing to wait as long as I was happy with the care I was receiving.  Their website is https://www.awhg.org/index.html.

  • Sorry I gave you the wrong website URL - it is https://www.awhg.org/Pods/naws.html
  • I see the midwives at OB/GYN of Atlanta.  They have a Johns Creek office right by the Emory in JC but they do not deliver there.  They do deliver at Northside.  I have seen Dr. Franklin for gyn and really like her.  The midwives have changed since my last pregnancy but I like the one I have seen so far.
  • I just delivered with OBGYN of Atlanta in May. I saw the midwives and really liked them all. I haven't ever seen the doctors except when they checked on me at the hospital, seemed very nice. A lot of my family and friends use them also and have all really like them.

  • Dr. Donnally at North Atlanta Womens Specialist/Johns Creek location-770-623-0910.  He is the best and everyone at the practice is so kind and they really go the extra mile to get to know their patients.  I've been seeing Dr. Donnally at the East Cobby location, but you can't go wrong with any of the doctors.  Most of my girlfriends & family friends have been going to this practice for years and would never think of changing OB's...Good luck!
  • I delivered my dd at Emory Johns Creek and loved my experience there. I recently changed ob's (to a midwife) from Suburban Women's to Gifts from Grace. Really happy with the switch. No major issues with Suburban Womens just wanted the midwife option and that practice came highly recommended by several friends.
