Poll: What time are YOU in bed by?

We are starting (trying) to get a bedtime routine established.. LO is (hopefully) in bedby 8-830ish I usually try to goto bed as soon as she is in bed.. but tonight im going to wait till about 9 to goto bed. DH is taking the night shift since I was up with DD last night..

So when are you in bed by?

We start bedtime at 9:30 and she's usually in bed asleep by 10:15. I go to bed right after her.

DD has jsut started sleeping for a 6 hour stretch. Unfortuately it's from 8pm to 2am, so DH and I go to bed between 9:30 and 10.

your routine will most likely change as she gets older, eats differently, naps differently, etc... at first i actually tried to keep DS up later so that he'd sleep later. we would all go to bed around 10:30/11 and he'd wake up at 3:30 then again at 6:30. around 3 weeks he droppeed the 3:30 feeding, then naturally over the weeks he's gotten tired earlier and now we are at 8:00bedtime, and he is still getting up at 6:30am. I usually go to bed around 11 and get up at 6. i love my alone time.

DS takes his last bottle around 11 or midnight and I go to sleep after that. But he is sleeping at for a few hours before that last feeding. He is still getting up every 3-4 hours so it is easier for me to wait until that last feeding and than get up at 3 and than up for the day at 6:30 with my other boys.

i don't know what bedtime is. she eats/sleeps all day/night and the times she eats changes on a daily basis. sometimes i go to bed at 11, other times it's 12:30. she doesn't have a specific bedtime either since she does the same thing no matter what time it is.

i go to bed when he does bc i only get 2 hr stretches. its usually 10 or 11pm

Me too! I feel the pressure to go to bed as soon as Anthony does so I can get as much sleep as possible. I am starting to give myself a break and go to bed when I am tired instead, knowing LO may be up to nurse soon. I feel better going by my own schedule.

DS goes to bed between 7 & 8 now, and I usually stay up until around 11ish. I need alone time to relax and catch up with what's going on in the world, and to spend time with DH. When DS was only sleeping 2 hour stretches I never had any time to myself and I thought I was going to lose it.

My 2 month old DD goes to be anywhere from 8:00 to 10:30. We are still working on a schedule but she will usually get up from 5 to 6 AM. I aim to go to bed around 10 PM but it is usually 12:00AM. I get up with DD so this schedule is not good.

He falls asleep at 12:30, and I'm usually out by 1am (unless I'm restless or have a few things around the house still to do)

I'm usually in bed by 10. That's when DS goes to bed and since I nurse him to sleep, I kinda have to be up until just before he goes to bed.

usually by 9 at the latest. DH gets up for work at 4:15am every other day, but we still go to bed the same time each night. It's usually as soon as we're sure DD is really asleep.
