Looking into a PT Nanny Share...POV's?

Anyone ever used a Nanny share?  Just wondering how it works.  I looked at some websites and it seems like a lot of work to find another family who needs a nanny the exact days and times you do!  I personally would only need a nanny 2 days during the week (Mon/Wed or Mon/Tues/Wed from 7:30 am - 5:30 PM) and it seems pretty difficult finding someone else who needs these times as well.  Any one have any favorite website or recommendations?  It seems like a good plan.  I like the idea of the baby having a playmate during the day.  Thanks for any suggestions!!!!

    Neighborhood Parents Network is a great resource in Chicago.

    NPN is a great place to start looking for other families to do a nanny share with you. 

     Also, what area are you in?  I may be interested in the a PT nanny share program too and my due date is in December.

    Ditto NPN.  You may be able to find a family that has a FT nanny that is willing to share 2 days a week.  We did a nanny share when DS was younger with a family that only needed 3 days per week.
