fever ?

in Babies: 9 - 12 Months

DD is on day three of a fever that is 101-102.  Tylenol brings it down and other than being a bit grumpy/touchy she has no other symptoms of being sick.  This is the first time that her temp has been over 100 and she already has four teeth and did not get any fevers with those, so I don't think it is teething.  How long until a low fever becomes a concern?

    DS' pedi has us bring him in after 3 days of fevers.

    It could be roseola.  That usually starts with a low grade fever that last a few days the disappears and a rash appears.  I would call the pedi tomorrow if the fever is still hanging around.

    I just had my first experiance with this last weekend and it turned out to be roseola.  LO ate and drank fluids, but felt bla and was burning up with a fever.  Took him to doc on day 3, and of course his fever broke but they did flu/strep test and he was negative.  That night the rash started and today its all over him, but he feels fine.
