I don't watch it because I think it glorifies teen pregnancy, and everyone is feeding off the drama in their lives for their own entertainment. It's not fair to the babies IMO.
I don't watch it because I think it glorifies teen pregnancy,
That's exactly why I don't watch it. It's like the Secret Life of an American Teenager. They make it look fun to have a baby and don't show all that actually comes with it and how it can also effect the child.
Love it. One of my favorite shows. Is a new season starting?
To those who say it glorifies teen pregnancy: Have you even watched an episode?! It definitley shows the struggles of having a baby so young. I think its the complete opposite of glorifying it. It is quiet sad at times actually.

I don't know how anyone who has actually watched an episode can say that this show glamorizes teen pregnancy. In nearly every sitation profiled, they show the struggle to get back to classes/finish school, the hardship on the family relations, the breakdowns in the relationship with the baby's father & the feelings of being disconnected from their friends/previous carefree life. I think it would actually dissuade a lot of teens from taking that chance of getting pregnant because, really, none of these girls have ended up in a better position afterwards.

I love it....i love teen moms more tho. Maci is my favorite...shes the best mom on the show. Theres a new one out too i think its called baby high. Its a cool show. I finished HS but I wish they had some kind of college like that!
I have never actually heard of it. From the other posters, it's a reality TV show...which I usually avoid watching. I have seen a few episodes of "I didn't know I was pregnant." That show seems ridiculous sometimes.

The show? I like it - it's like a trainwreck. I feel bad for the babies though.
