  I am going to make enchiladas with my ground beef this wek.

  I also do tatertot casserole on occassions, you could grill burgers, shepards pie ...etc

  I'm making mac & cheese and throwing cut-up hot dogs in per DH's request.  You could make chili mac with your ground beef - that's always a hit in my house!

  Well I'm no help, b/c we're having chicken fajitas for dinner.

   

  With ground meat, my go to meals are, shepherds pie, and spaghetti and meatsauce or meatballs.  What about burgers?  Toss in some black beans and shredded cheddar into the ground meat.  Chicken parmesean burgers are good too (https://bellasbistro.wordpress.com/2010/07/15/chicken-parmesan-burgers/).

   

  I don't have many ideas - we don't eat much ground meat (whether it's turkey, chicken or beef).

  I got out chicken to make quesadillas but was not feeling Mexican food.  Too spicy for this pg stomach. 

  We're doing breakfast.  Egg, cheese and spinach sandwiches, tots and broccoli.

  Shepherd's pie, chili (although that probably needs to cook longer).  Sorry, that's all I've got for ground beef.  Maybe some sort of soup?

  We did spinach and cheese ravioli (from Costco- DS LOVES these and ate 6 of them, and they are pretty big!) with DH's homemade marinara and broccoli, with a fresh peach for dessert for DS.
