Our 9 month portrait session is this Saturday and I?m drawing a blank on what to do. Any one have any ideas? DD crawls, sits up and pulls her self up to a stand. The session will be done out side most likely at a park. I?m having trouble coming up with locations too but unless you?re a local you can?t really help with that.
TIA!!
Re: 9 month portrait
This... if so, he/she will direct you and should have plenty of suggestions.
In my bag: Canon 60D, 50mm 1.4, Tamron 28-75 2.8, 430exii
Exactly.
If you are taking the pictures then I rec. taking them in the late afternoon if possible. That way the sun will create more golden hues and the shadows will be more dramatic in the background. You really want to avoid the mid-day sun which can create dark areas in the eyes.
It's my SIL, she is a professional photographer but she is not very experienced with infants. She is a wedding photographer.
One really cute pose is if you sit the baby facing away from you and then call their name, when they look back over their shoulder at you it creates a cute expression (usually)
Just make sure your LO is well rested and has eaten recently...nothing worse then trying to do a photo session with a baby who is not having any of it.
