Those suffering from allergies....

Last night I tried DH's breathe right strips and they worked great to open my nasal passages. Finally after a few nights of not being able to breathe, or sleep well, I slept great!. Yeah!

    Funny you should say that, I did something similar with success...Vicks vapor rub around my nose...it stung a little but my sinus headache was gone in seconds! I will get some breathe right strips to try, too. Thanks for the suggestion!

    I still use Clartin daily.  My dr said it was ok for allergies.

    i used zyrtec throughout my whole pregnancy, OB said it was all fine to take every day (which i do DR's orders for allergies anyways) and it's perfectly safe!! DD is well above average in all categories! there is no need to suffer ladies!!
