How do I wean G off of BM?

I go back to work on Nov.18,so I am going to have her on formula when that time comes. I am happy with my decision because at least I was able to give her 7 months of breastmilk, but my question is...How do I wean her off? And when do I start doing that? (I also have about 50 bags of BM in my freezer)

I was thinking of starting to wean her off the month before (so around mid October), but I honestly have no idea how I would even start...

And than I was thinking that maybe I could still BF her before her bedtime every night, but would my body allow for just one feeding a day from the boobs??

Any advice would be very much appreciated!!!

I breastfeed Rowen for 6 months then switched to formula. The way I switched over was by switching some feedings during the day to bottles (of formula). I kept increasing the amount of bottle feedings until the only ones left were the first feeding in the morning and the last before bed for a long time. Those were my last to switch over. I did those until my body just stopped making enough milk to satisfy him. I never pumped so I never had stored breast milk so for me a bottle was always formula so I never mixed formula with breast milk to do the switch. It wasn't difficult at all either. I'm not sure how long it took me. Good luck!
