Sharp pain in lower back

Does anyone else have a horrible sharp pain in their lower back/upper part of your butt?  It doesn't hurt all the time, but when it does...whoa man!  I just wish I could get it to stop!

    I had that for a few days and it has now subsided.  I guess it is just everything readjusting in the area?

    I also had that for a few days right around 7 weeks. I drove around in 100 degree weather with my seat heaters on because it was like having a heating pad on my back during my long drives!

    Look up your sciatic nerve (sciatica). That was the problem for me. Walking helped, and my doctor gave me some stretches. I hope your back feels better soon!
