I earned a Motherhood Merit Badge this morning. Warning: gross factor

We were at the bus stop this morning, and just as the school bus appeared over the hill, Hannah sneezed. And my lord, did she sneeze. It was a...producrtive sneeze. EXTREMELY productive. And seeing as though I had no tissue with me, I had no choice but to pinch off the snot with my fingers, and hold onto the thing until I got her on the bus and went back up to the 9th floor.

THAT is motherhood!

Unfortunately, on Friday Elena had a bit of a sneeze while walking into school. I wiped her with my shirt.

...and the Assistant Principal saw and the look of pure disgust on her face was SO embarrassing.

I've done that a handful of times myself, but luckily no one's caught me in the act (that I know of).

But, yeah, nanner....holding it in your hands....that's definitely badge-worthy!
