Children are so innocent...

So I took my friends 7year old daughter to the mall with me so I could get birthdays cards..we went to Hallmark, and of course they have a ton of cute stuff for babies (scrapbooking, albums, etc)..so I was looking at a card, and she picks up this cute stuffed animal for a new baby, and says how cute it is..She then asked me if I wanted to have kids..I knew this was going to be a hard conversation for me..I told her "yes, I do honey.." She then said, "oh ok..you should take a pill to have a baby..that's what my mom did..she took 3 pills, and then had 3 babies"..She was so cute and innocent, but it was hard for me to keep my tears in..I did though, because I didn't want her to see me upset, as she is too young, and has no idea what I just went through... Ok, vent over..thanks ladies :)

    Aww that is so sweet... I wish it was that easy to just take a pill! Moments like that are very difficult, but it sounds like you did a great job holding it together... it will get easier!

    I know it is hard.....i lost my baby three weeks ago I was four and a half months and my nephew was asking about the baby...I had to explain and it was hard......
