TTC After a Loss

When do you check your CM?

I usually check it in the morning when I shower but found that I have little CM at that time. When I do notice CM, it's usually after I pee but by then, it's hard to tell what kind of CM it is.

So when do you check your CM and do you do it at the same time every day?

Re: When do you check your CM?

  • I usually check it a few times over the course of the day, starting in the shower. I've been guilty of checking my CM at work during the day. Embarrassed Then I usually check it later in the evening when I am home.

  • I almost *always* check it after going #2, since it pushes CM to the vaginal opening...That way you don't have to go "fishing" for it.  TMI I know.  I know TCOYF mentioned doing it this way.  I usually don't have much after a shower either...GL on the next step, differentiating between Sticky,Creamy and Watery... EW is the easiest.
