Need Prayers

So, I just heard some bad news concerning one of my BIL and SIL. My SIL has a rare illness that when she is pregnant it makes her body have allegic reaction. Her oldest daughter was born early. Then the twin boys were born at 28 weeks along. One of the twins died a few minutes after birth. Well, surpise they are pregnant again and this one is one of the worst. They found out about the illness during this pregnancy but it hasn't made things better. They have been having her on a feeding tube and pumping medication in her. But now her body is going nuts and posioned her blood. She's 32 weeks along so far with my niece she is carrying. When she asked the doctor if this could kill her, He wasn't positive she would live after she gives birth to her daughter.

Our family needs prayers that she can carry this baby safetly and that she will make it after she gives birth. Doctor said no more after this one which is really hard for them.
