Hello from Cali...

Hey there beautiful mamas! I'm in Cali, looking to relocate to the Dallas/FW area. Would anyone be interested in giving me some insight on the following areas?? We have 3 kids (8, 3, 1) so schools are VERY important as well as commute to the working districts of Dallas/FW. We wanted new construction but are absolutely not against existing homes, just not too old. Location is important for the obvious reasons (safety, etc.)

 Keller, South lake, McKinney,  Allen...if you have any other suggestions, let me know :)

    Hi! I just moved here from Florida :) 

    Keller ISD is a great district to move into, had we not found new construction in Northwest ISD (another great school district) we would have moved to Keller. Southlake isn't far from Keller and for the most part a bit more "high end" (not sure what your budget is) but there are a lot of great shops and restaurants/things to do in Southlake. No comments on McKinney or Allen as those aren't on my side of town :) Right now I live in Roanoke (5mins north of Keller) but we're moving over to Newark/middle of nowhere for a new community because we wanted to build and being in either Keller or Northwest ISD was important to us (and we don't even have children yet! We're TTC but schools are very high up on our must haves in home searching) A friend of mine built in Little Elm (between Denton and McKinney) last year and their community is great, and I believe still building. If you want to PM me, it seems like I live around the area you're looking into and I have no problem helping you out, it'll give me something to do while DH is overseas :)

    are you wanting to be near the Dallas working districts or Ft Worth?? b/c they are very very far apart! are you looking for a realtor or do you have one already?

    where in CA are you from? i grew up in southern CA :)
