NBR: Need some support.....

My little sister passed away a month ago in a bus accident. She was only 15 years old. She was my mini me, and my little turd. I miss her so much, but I am trying to stay strong for my LO. Although he is only 4 months and will never remember her, I try to stay strong cause he knows when I'm upset. He can sense it. It was really hard cause my LO, DH, and I just moved about 700 miles away 3 weeks before the accident. I got to tell her good bye and kiss and hug her one last time, even though I did not know that it would be the last time. I am not telling you all this for sympathy, but just because I need to talk about it. My DH took it pretty hard and he only knew her for 2 years. She was an amazing young lady. She always wore these bright colored knee high socks so that everyone could see them. She was always smiling and laughing and cracking jokes. Even when she was sad or upset it was always easy to make her laugh. I love her and miss her very much. I just want to let everyone know that you should live everyday like it's your last, and tell your kids that you love them every chance that you get! Hold all your family close! Thanks for listening.

I can't help but wonder if this happened on Interstate 44 in Missouri? If so, your family has been in my thoughts and prayers since it happened. I am so sorry for your loss.

Losing someone close to you is the hardest kind of pain to deal with- But it is nice to talk about it and remember all the things that made her special. You LO will grow up loving her too becuase she was so obviously loved by you and DH. I'm very sorry for your loss.
