Cramps after sex?

Is it normal to experience cramps after sex earaly in pregnancy? No bleeding and lasts maybe a couple of minutes... I'm terrified to try it again for fear of miscarriage.. has anyone experienced this?

Yup, totally normal! As your uterus grows it will start to feel even weirder.

Cramps in early pregnancy are very normal, whether it's because you just had sex or not.

I'm too scared to even think about having sex since my BFP! And I have cramps without sex so I'm scared to try!! I'm too tired, too :-)
