I have horrible problems with insomnia. No matter how early I wake up, or how active I am during the day, I find myself awake until 1, 2, sometimes ever 3 or 4 am. I'm MISERABLE!
I have tried sleeping pills in the past (such as tylenol PM and Exedrin PM) which seem to work well enough, but I don't like the idea of that being a long term solution. Plus, they make me so groggy that it's sometimes hard to drag myself out of bed when LO wakes up at night.
I would love some suggestions on some more natural supplements that would help. Anyone have any experience with anything like that?
