It's prepared foods. My kindergartner came home with it yesterday. I'm certainly not selling it door to door, but I might be willing to buy some to keep in the freezer, if I knew anything about the quality.
It's really not meant to be a door to door fundraiser, at least not in our school. You can order the food monthly. We've been ordering it for the last 4 years. The food is hit and miss. Some of our favorites are Chocolate Chip pancakes, bacon, mini pepperoni pizza eat-zzas, bagel dogs, chicken breasts(individually wrapped), mini omeletes, frozen cookie dough just to name a few.
We did Market Day when SS was in a brick and mortar school. We used to love the French toast sticks and the oversized Goldfish graham crackers. Some of our family used to order every month or two, too, just to help out the school.
Me (34): MTHFR, PCOS, Endo, left salpingectomy due to hydrosalpinx,
hypothyroidism, low AMH (0.26)/normal FSH/average AFC of 12
Him (33): No known issues
November 2013-March 2014: Natural cycles
April 2014: Clomid 100mg and Ovidrel trigger --BFN
It's totally hit or miss, but they do have a money back thing if you don't like it I can't wait to stock back up on the french toast sticks! They're my fave!!
Re: Do any of your kids do Market Day as a fundraiser?
Yeah, I didn't think it was really set up to be door-to-door. Maybe I'll try some stuff. Thanks!
