This is from the vegan wedding. There were no bathrooms in this building so you had to go two doors down to pee. Also, it was BYOB and DH made it BYOM- bring your own meat as he had a baggie of pepperoni! OH and they asked for money instead of gifts to be "green" so I asked if I could donate to charity to help their cause and they said "no, we'd rather have the money so we can help" sure!I So I gave them a knife- the same thing they gave me for my wedding.

This. My mom would have boycotted. DH's mom... would have loved the thrifty-ness of it.

This is what most people say. His mom, my Aunt was there but her mom was apparently murdered a couple of years ago. That being said, no one had mentioned them since this wedding. She is a habitual liar- caught in her lies and explained them to my cousin (the boy) by saying it's his family trying to poison their relationship.
